Schools are very close as well. 45 km (35 minutes) from Rødby.

Main floor: Entrance, guest toilet, hall with fireplace, 2 large living rooms and a large kitchen. Access from the living room to a large terrace and garden.
First floor: Repos, 4 bedrooms, guest toilet, bathroom and 2 balconies.
Cellar: 7 rooms (not bedrooms), washing area, toilet and access to garden.
The villa has new painted walls, all floors are sanded and vanished. New toilets. No furnitures, but a few chandeliers. Nice and easy garden and a carport for one car.
Only for long term rental and only for a family.
Monthly rent includes heating, electricity and water.
