Fonden Femern Belt Development sells an online service on the site, femern-housing.com. The terms and conditions are effective between the individual user and Fonden Femern Belt Development.

Fehmarn Belt Development cannot be held responsible for the condition of the lease or the content of rental agreements. Renter is encouraged to inspect the lease before entering into the lease. The tenant and landlord are also encouraged to use legally approved leases.
Payment
Fonden Femern Belt Development accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard.
Fees for using the Service must be paid according to the existing price list, which is available on the website.
Payment is made for a minimum period of 6 months and will be charged as soon as your purchase is registered and activated.
Femern Belt Development reserves the right to continuous price adjustments. Price adjustments will not take effect in the prepaid period, but only at the time of renewal.
