You can rent our lovely house from october 2021. We tried to give an old house a new charm. It is located in the center of Burg of Fehmarn. The next food shop is 3 minutes away and you can reach the shopping street and the restaurants in 2 minutes. The train stop is nearly ten minutes away.
Our house has got 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. One of the bathrooms has got a shower that is handicapped accessible. There is also an extra room with a washing machine. The house is heated with a new gas thermal.
The house has an inner courtyard in which there is an extra shed in which, for example, bicycles can be stored. The inner courtyard is big enough to grill together or to have a relaxing coffee in the sunshine. There is also play equipment for children. Children are very welcome in this house.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with dishes.

The price is the monthly rent excluding additional costs. The additional costs will be billed separately according to individual consumption. At the beginning of the tenancy, a deposit of 3 months' rent is due.
