The house is 171 square meters and is situated on the island of Fejø.
Transportation to the main land is very easy. The house is situated 100 meters from the ferry, which sails from 05.00 in the morning to 23.45 in the night. Departure is every hour (in the daytime sometimes more often) and takes only 15 minutes.
From the mainland, there is only a twenty minute drive to for example, Tårs, Maribo, Nakskov etc. Public transportation awaits you right from the ferry if you are not by car.
The house has a large dining kitchen, very big living room with access to terrasse. 4 bed rooms and large bathroom. Very nice garden, with fish pond and many special trees and plants.
On Fejø you will find most facilities. Supermarket, doctor, school, yachting marina and several restaurants, bars etc.
The house can be delivered to you partially furnished.
The house is preferably rented out to a family.
